Common Ground 191 is a large scale art project by artist Gary Simpson. Collecting soil from all 193 member states in the United Nations first began in 2002 with the final soil collected in 2011.

Gary's vision involves creating a large scale series of 196 abstract panels created with a mixture of soil collected from 193 countries, now in the UN.
